I’ve been involved in photography for about 40 years, not in any professional sort of way, but just for the fun of it. I’m old enough, that when I was a kid in middle school they still had photography classes where you learned darkroom technique, which came in handy later in graduate school when developing photos from Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) images.
I’ve been shooting with an MP (pictured above) which is a truly great film camera. I love its simplicity and ease of use, not to mention that it takes great photos. It’s so easy to get good impromptu photos with it when you’re out walking around, like the photo above that I snapped while walking through a research lab, where I caught a couple of young scientists hard at work on their research.
