I've been thinking (always a dangerous thing ;-)) that it would be a good idea to write a series of posts about how the audio review process works, and what's involved in a 'cradle to grave' review.
I think it would be really informative for a lot of enthusiasts, and would help you understand what a review is, and what a review isn't, and I think it would help you work through and think about what's going on in your own system, and how small & large changes can affect the overall music listening experience.
After I get through all the basics, then I thought I'd open the floor and ask you to submit your own review for publication here at Jeff's Place. I think it would be fun, I think you'd learn a lot, and who knows, maybe it'll lead you down the road to being a reviewer one of the 'name' audio publications yourself. After all, having something you can cite as a review that a potential publisher can check out is a worthwhile thing.
If you think that sounds like fun let me know, and I'll start thinking about how best to do it.
Kind regards,
Jeff
