I really appreciate Editors Dave & David offering to host me here on Positive Feedback, and I'm really glad to be here. 🙂

You'll see that all the great content at Jeff's Place has been preserved, which is fantastic. You will notice a couple of changes to Jeff's Place as a result of the move to Positive Feedback.

The comments from my old site will still be present for archival purposes, but new comments for Jeff's Place at Positive Feedback will be coordinated through the DISQUS comment management of Positive Feedback.

As longtime readers know, I run Jeff's Place as a "not-for-profit" publication. I write about Hi-Fi out of my enthusiasm for this terrific and rewarding hobby, not as a source of income. 

However, you will see the integrated advertising that appears on Positive Feedback on Jeff's Place as well, which is how Dave and David are offsetting the cost of hosting Jeff's Place on Positive Feedback. 

I do get paid small honorariums for my published Positive Feedback articles (but not Jeff's Place articles), but that's pretty much it. 

I donate those honorariums to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Care, to help the most vulnerable among us in their time of need.  I encourage you to consider supporting those two worthy organizations if you can. They do a lot of good, and every little bit helps.
